Polytech Design Inc., makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products to be provided hereunder, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Polytech Design Inc., and excluded from this agreement.
