Minimum Order is $25.00 for the value of the items ordered excluding any shipping charges. Shipping: Online orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS for commercial addresses.. Orders entered for less than the minimum of $25 or to residential addresses will be shipped by USPS service. No credit for shipping charges will be given for any reason. SHIPMENT; RISK OF LOSS: Seller will ship goods as determined by Seller, usually UPS in any case at Buyers cost. Seller will endeavor to meet promised delivery dates. Buyer shall bear all risk of loss and damage after goods are delivered to carrier, including any loss or damage in transit. Your order, having been accepted, CANNOT BE CANCELLED without Sellers written consent. Polytech Design Inc., makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products to be provided hereunder, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Polytech Design Inc., and excluded from this agreement. GOVERNING LAW; EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: This contract shall be governed by the substantive laws of New Jersey, without regard to choice of law principles. The State and Federal courts in Passaic County, New Jersey, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate rights and duties under this contract. Our products are Not to be used with any surgical applications.

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, POLYBELT.COM ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Canada, and most other countries. Please contact us via email if you have any questions.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you once delivered to the shipping carrier. No collect or third-party billing.

A Saturday Delivery option is available upon request for UPS Red Domestic shipments made on Friday, with an additional $25.00 fee. Please call us at 973-340-1390 to arrange this.

Shipment and Risk of Loss:

Seller will ship goods as determined by the Seller, usually via UPS, at the Buyer’s cost. While we will endeavor to meet promised delivery dates, Buyer bears all risk of loss or damage once the goods are delivered to the carrier, including any loss or damage in transit.

A handling charge of $3.99 will be applied to all orders. Any additional charges imposed by UPS for address corrections will be billed to your credit card or PayPal account. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any unit or apartment number. Orders shipped to residential addresses may be sent via USPS at our discretion. No credit will be issued for any difference in shipping charges.

International Shipping:

International shipping is typically conducted through the US Postal Service (USPS), which is more cost-effective but may have longer transit times than UPS. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of delayed shipments.

In addition for International Shipments Only , carriers may charge a broker or customs fees that varies in different countries, which are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

AIRCRAFT POLICY:

WARNING! BE SAFE 

Do not use our belts, pulleys or sprockets on aircraft propeller or rotor drive systems or in-flight accessory drives. Polytech Design products are not designed or intended for aircraft use.
