Shipping Information:

Currently, POLYBELT.COM ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Canada, and most other countries. Please contact us via email if you have any questions.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you once delivered to the shipping carrier. No collect or third-party billing.

A Saturday Delivery option is available upon request for UPS Red Domestic shipments made on Friday, with an additional $25.00 fee. Please call us at 973-340-1390 to arrange this.

Shipment and Risk of Loss:

Seller will ship goods as determined by the Seller, usually via UPS, at the Buyer’s cost. While we will endeavor to meet promised delivery dates, Buyer bears all risk of loss or damage once the goods are delivered to the carrier, including any loss or damage in transit.

A handling charge of $3.99 will be applied to all orders. Any additional charges imposed by UPS for address corrections will be billed to your credit card or PayPal account. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any unit or apartment number. Orders shipped to residential addresses may be sent via USPS at our discretion. No credit will be issued for any difference in shipping charges.

International Shipping:

International shipping is typically conducted through the US Postal Service (USPS), which is more cost-effective but may have longer transit times than UPS. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable in case of delayed shipments.

In addition for International Shipments Only , carriers may charge a broker or customs fees that varies in different countries, which are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
