Your order, having been accepted, CANNOT BE CANCELLED without Sellers written consent. Polytech Design Inc., makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products to be provided hereunder, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Polytech Design Inc., and excluded from this agreement. GOVERNING LAW; EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: This contract shall be governed by the substantive laws of New Jersey, without regard to choice of law principles. The State and Federal courts in Passaic County, New Jersey, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate rights and duties under this contract.

  • At this time, POLYBELT.COM ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Canada and Europ for other contires please email us. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We do not ship Collect or Third Party. Saturdya Delivery option is available upon request for UPS Red Domestic shipments made on Friday with an additional $15.00 fee, Please call us @ 973 340 1390. SHIPMENT; RISK OF LOSS: Seller will ship goods as determined by Seller, usually UPS in any case at Buyers cost. Seller will endeavor to meet promised delivery dates. A handling charge of $3.99 is charged on all orders. Any additional charges by UPS for address corection will be billed to your credit card or paypal payment. Please make sure your ship to address is correct & complete including any unit or apartment number. Orders shipping to residnetial addresse may ship bu USPS at our discretion and no credit for shipping charges difference will be issued.

  • All International Customers must include Telephone Number under Special Instructions, Orders without phone numbers maybe delayed until we can obtain your telephone number. International Shipping by US Postal Service (USPS) is normally more economical and will take longer than UPS. No refund will be given for shipping charges for delayed shipments.

  • Polytech Design Inc., makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products to be provided hereunder, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Polytech Design Inc., and excluded from this agreement.

    AIRCRAFT POLICY:

    WARNING! BE SAFE Do not use our belts, pulleys or sprockets on aircraft propeller or rotor drive systems or in-flight accessory drives. Polytech Design products are not designed or intended for aircraft use.

     



  • Return Policy

  • Seller will not accept for exchange or credit goods returned without our prior written consent, and our only obligation upon an authorized return shall be to issue a credit memo for the price of goods or to replace our product if proved to be defective with a like quantity. All authorized returns shall be freight prepaid, via the cheapest way. Transportation charges on all authorized returned goods must be prepaid. Goods accepted for credit or exchange are subject to a $50 charge and a restocking charge of up to 30% of the value of the authorized returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted for items that were purchased over 90 days for any reason.
