The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Online Store Terms & Conditions As used herein, "Seller" means Polytech Design Inc., "Buyer" means any person ordering goods from Seller after December 1, 2007, and "person" means any individual, corporation, company or other entity. Online Store is limited to Buyers in the United States. Minimum Order is $25.00 for the value of the items ordered excluding any shipping charges. Shipping: Online orders will be shipped by UPS for commerical addresses and is limited to addresses in the United States. Orders entered for less than the minimum of $25 or to residential addresses will be shipped by USPS service. No credit for shipping charges will be given for any reason. SHIPMENT; RISK OF LOSS: Seller will ship goods as determined by Seller, usually UPS in any case at Buyers cost. Seller will endeavor to meet promised delivery dates. Buyer shall bear all risk of loss and damage after goods are delivered to carrier, including any loss or damage in transit. Your order, having been accepted, CANNOT BE CANCELLED without Sellers written consent. Polytech Design Inc., makes no warranty of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products to be provided hereunder, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed by Polytech Design Inc., and excluded from this agreement. GOVERNING LAW; EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: This contract shall be governed by the substantive laws of New Jersey, without regard to choice of law principles. The State and Federal courts in Passaic County, New Jersey, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate rights and duties under this contract.


  • Return Policy
  • Seller will not accept for exchange or credit goods returned without our prior written consent, and our only obligation upon an authorized return shall be to issue a credit memo for the price of goods or to replace our product if proved to be defective with a like quantity. All authorized returns shall be freight prepaid, via the cheapest way. Transportation charges on all authorized returned goods must be prepaid. Goods accepted for credit or exchange are subject to a $50 charge and a restocking charge of up to 50% of the value of the authorized returned merchandise.
